3. Opting Out of Communications

- For Calls: Inform our AI Voice Assistant or live staff that you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call list.
4. AI Voice Service & Demonstrations
Our Speed-to-Lead Engine involves interactions with an automated Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and human-like interaction, you acknowledge that you are speaking with an AI. Information provided by the AI during demonstrations is for illustrative purposes and does not constitute a legally binding guarantee or contract.
5. Database Reactivation Engagement
If you are an existing lead receiving a "Soft Wake-Up" text (e.g., inquiring about a cancellation spot), your affirmative reply (e.g., "YES") acts as explicit consent for a transactional phone call from our AI or team to secure the appointment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elegant Options is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI demonstration services, including missed communications, network provider charges, or software disruptions.
